I recently opened a new shop in the rochester area. Looking for a new building right now the shop will be open by the end of next month. I am looking to hire a full time mechanic, tinter and audio guy. The shop has all brand new equipment and your personal car will be worked on extensively as nice cars are the best business cards. So if your interested please let me know. I am already taking resumes. If you dont have a resume dont worry just shoot me an email and let me know your experience. Thanks

Chris

Wrong coast man! I love cars, I’ve built 3 from the ground up, helped my brother-in-law in his shop, I do all the maintenance on my families cars (and I have a big family). I spend lots of time at shops in the area helping out for fun.

The thing is; Im 3 classes short of a BS degree in Business Management Concentration in Financial Computer Systems. So the two don't really match up; unless you need someone who understands cars very well and can build you an accounting/financial/inventory program for you.

I will go anywhere once I'm done with these last 3 classes.

Rochester what an awfull place. My BIL goes to RIT and absolutely hates that place. Sounds dreary and simply awfull. No Bentlys, MB, BMW, how does a car guy subside?

ummm, so you need Bentlys and Mercedes to make it a car-lovers paradise??? Ok.

I love Rochester.........great city. Where is the shop located? I wanna come check out the GTI, I just bought mine. I'm looking to do some crap to it, not sure what yet.

Go to roclife, then you'll see there is a car culutre there. You sure as hell don't need expensive cars to be considered a car culutre kinda place. By the way, if you get a shop, get a mandrel bending and will do some exhausts, I'll have a job for you this winter.

So what market are you looking to get into in Rochester? There's a shop called New Era Performance and they specialize in mostly GM products. (They have a shop-SS supercharged, some Goats, a Corvette or 2 running around tuned by them, and I'm sure some Firebird/Camros too.) New Era is probably the best shop up there though, so aim for them, lol.

Hey, that exhaust project is getting bumped up to about a month from now. Are you going to have a shop and everything set up or no?
