Anyone need 550cc RB20 injectors?

Discuss the RB20, RB25 and RB26 series engines.

Series 5 RX-7 injectors, high impedence 550's, direct swap for RB20.

I just bought 6 and theres 10 left, so someone grab another set quick.

I use those same injectors, and MAN do they click...sounds like all your lifters are ticking! Maybe it is how I have them installed and they're just transferring a lot of their noise directly into the rail and head, but they are noisy.

I got the 460cc and yes they do click very loud..

i got some of those also but i got a rb25 i need a new fuel rail i paid 100 for 6

I just saw these on ebay, What does anyone know about them and will they work on an rb20?

1989-91 RX-7 195500-2010 Saturated 460cc Red Top

That's what I found for that part number, they are high impedence, so they should work just fine; you'll need an SAFC or something else to control them. Then, bolt on a new turbo and goto town with 18psi and some tuning

lol i got a bigger turbo already and i already go up to 18psi with my stock injectors... Do i really need the safc or will my mines ecu do fine with it?

You're crazy to run 18psi with stock injectors! I'd stop doing that now; they're 270's. You do need an safc or similar device because the ecu, Mine's or not has no idea of what size injectors the car is running if you drop new ones in.

stock injectors are 370cc's and i run rich the whole way through the rpm range at 18psi but i only do it at track sometimes, I drive 14psi daily.

You have an rb20? If so they're 270's.

No way these are fitting on a rb25 eh? Top feed when I need side feed.... can I convert i am guessing with a new rail?

you can make any injector work for any car. With a resistor, bushing rings, etc....if needed. For the fuel rail you can use the RB20's, RB26's, or JGY customs has an aftermarket one as well.
