hey guys i need some help, me and this guy Steven Angelo made a deal that i would trade him my old ca block for his agx's and ground controls, i shipped the block about 2 weeks ago and hes had it for a bout 2 weeks now, he wont answer my emails, everytime i IM him he dosent say nothing, or signs off, this is the second time ive posted this here, the first time i had it here for about 30 mins, then i got ahold of him after i posted this here then i deleted it because he said he'll ship it tomrrow which he said monday, its now friday and still no word or tracking # so im pissed now, if there is anyone in the area that could maybe stop by and see WTF is going on. either that or ill be taking a trip to PA and whooping sum @$$!!

Ummm... I'll be in PA in about two weeks... but not for any a$$ whoopin's... I've got some GNCC racin' to do!!!

But anyway... unless you sent your CA block via USPS... there isn't a whole lot that can be done in the way of fraud charges. Maybe if the value of the block was greater than the grand larceny limit in the state with proper jurisdiction you might be able to convince the authorities to take action. Beyond that your only remedy would be a civil litigation process... which in the end would cost more than its worth.

Just keep hounding him I guess.

I was actually in Dublin, PA this past weekend (just a minute, literally, north of Doylestown) . . . too bad I wasn't on a computer at all, sorry man . . .
