I just love how the ADVAN SA3R looks but I rather spend my kidney money on performance rather than wheels.

anyone know if someone make knock offs or similar wheels with low offsets?

I see the subtle differences, but not enough of a distinction to covet the SA3R and call the MP3 fugly...I don't get it.

I don't see the point in dumping money on wheels unless you race like everyday of your life. Buy the Konigs and get spacers, you'll feel much better knowing you saved some money and the wheels should sit flush.

yea, just half *** everything. that way you get a ton of crap, instead of a little bit of good stuff. garbage bag full of cow manure > ziplock bag full of 100$ bills

Skimping on wheels won't kill you. I'm sure they won't just fall apart during daily driving. I had replica wheels on my MR2 for 2 years hard dirven and nothing ever happened to them. Sometimes it's not neccesary to pay more than you have to.

There are affordable wheels out there that can meet the offset needs of the 240, unfortunately the Advans are expensive as hell. Just keep checking wheelchoice.com and see if they ever get a used set in. That's the only way you'll be able to get them *cheaper*

Aren't the Advans something like $2500 new for the set?

lol yep.

if you really want to buy thoes mp3s, dont complain when your wheel explodes when you hit a pothole.

http://www.takumiproject.com has a couple sets for ~1000$, that is managable.

You sir, doth be teh his majesty of jack arse ;) Wheels are usualy just wheels unless you get ****ty wheels. You can probly skimp a LITTLE on wheels but if ur a drift/track guy dont go Konig/Enkie's

well, regardless, thoes mp3s would look really bad since they only come in like 17x7" +45.
