The insurance company is trying to rape me on my settlement. And I feel that they are way under pricing my market for their "fair market value" of my totaled S13. Any one know a website or company to call who can give me this info. I tried claimscoach.com but they don't seem to like to respond to emails or their forms ....

Thanks

2296.xx - That includes quite a few of the other aftermarket goodies (alarm, tint, suspension, exhaust, stereo, etc, etc) that they claim they are accounting for. All of the cars in my area are going for about the $3000 range for 91-94 hatches. My plan is to take their offering amount less the salvage so I can recoup some of my losses, but they are shooting the fair market value way to low. I just need some appraiser of sorts to give me the fair market value of my area.

My cousin got nearly 5k for his 94 prelude all he had on it was a kit and a greddy exhaust system and an intake(i forget which kind) when i went to go get my 99 Nissan they told me they'd pay me only 6,600 for me because Nissan doesn't have as a high value in the market as Honda (which is BS cuz outside they were selling the same car as mine one year newer with a crap load of miles on it for 10,000) soo i dunno  lol
