ANyone know where to find a cold air intake for a 2003 frontier with a ka24de?

I've been searching all over the net and cannot find an intake made for this truck unless you have the sc v6. I was gonna try one from a 240 but I was told you'll need the ecu from a 240 as well. please help. I just got a magnaflow exhasut system and want my baby to breath better.

I don't see why you would need a 240sx ECU for just a cold air intake.
