looked through the classifieds i need another head mine is in the machine shop and id like to just be able to drive my car so if anyone knows where i could get one or has one i would appreciate the info and if im not supposed to post this hear sry mods

If the FWD head is the same you can get one from a junkyard. Goto http://www.car-parts.com and find a junkyard near you that has one.

i heard that the ca18de head is exactly the same except DET vales are bigger.

Some say exactly the same (same valve DIA) other say det has bigger valves.

I think it is confirmed that they both have same cams.

The valves are the same in stem length and head diameter between both de and det heads. The camshafts have different profiles between them.
