Anyone know where i can buy a tiida or SER emblem?

I want to take off the vers aemblem and put the tiida on with the ser emblem, does anynoe know where i can buy those emblems at ?

Why would you put a SER badge on a car that is not one? It's like the kids around here who put Type R stickers on their Civics and Integras.

I haven't seen any for sale but I understand the want. Some just want to to have their vehicle stand out from the rest of the pack. I plan on re-badging my car, but I don't know what I want to do yet. Plus everyone knows badges makes your car go faster. Don't bother, I'll do it for you

Actually looking for a Tiida badge myself, but I plan to leave the "s" on where it was originally, then remove the Nissan logo from the back and highlight the one in front (as per the Turn3 Versa featured in the Spring '07 issue of Siphon Magazine) with red behind it. Should look sharp on a black versa.

ya sounds good i want to put those two emblems on b/c it would make my car stand out since people have began to buy versas around my area. Also do you guys know if the versa and nissan emblems are on glue or what material, and how to take them off?

I know the badges in the back are glued on. I'm not sure about the one in the grille in the front

I am sure you can get the emblems somewhere, i would think a junkyard may have one. Many of them are online.

If I was looking for a TIIDA emblem, I would first search on ebay.com.au. The Australian ebay site has a bunch of Tiidas for sale. You may be able to contact one of the selling dealers and inquire through their parts dept. Shipping may cost a bit, but you would have your Tiida emblem.

On that note, an SE-R emblem should be available from Ebay in the US.

Also, see if you can get the part number for the TIIDA badge and see if your Nissan dealer can order it. When I had my Optima, I ordered a KDM Kia badge from my local dealership, it cost only a couple dollars more than a USDM badge, and I didn't have to pay shipping. (Also, I'm one of those freaks who actually likes buying most things in person as opposed to over the net)

well i know 4surr mexico has the tiida badges because i orderd mine through them, although i havent pikd them up yet....u just have to find sum1 dat is whiling to go out der and buy it....u can also probably go to any shop that specializes in importing engines from japan, that was my 2nd option but is a bit more expencive....

Just go to the dealer and get the SE-R off a Spec V. or Altima the Tiida badge might be a little more difficult to come by unless you contact Nissan Japan or an overseas dealer

This is the greatest mod i have ever seen ! i know very little about cars but if anyone has time how do you go about taking the letters off without hurting the paint, and then what do you use to glue letters back on without ruining paint ?

I used Undu (which was a ***** to find again... it's not as popular as Goo Gone) and it took me about 17 minutes from starting to remove my letters to cleaning all the gunk (including the residue from that silly Gates brand) to cleaning the hatch (below the window only) and realigning my letters below the handle... I started when Josh went to RiteAid and I was finishing up the alignment when he came home. Undu is the stuff that allows you to remove a sticker or adhesive and then restick it (it works faster than Goo Gone because it's not trying to break down the adhesive, it just slicks it) ... you just wait for the Undu to dry and then the adhesive is able to be restuck. I ultimately removed the double-sided tape from my letters and used a different adhesive. (11/Apr/07) I'll admit now that I used a spray adhesive. It allowed me to position the letters (and slide them over the car) until they dried... I tried to move them and pull them off this evening and they didn't budge (and they got rained on last night and all day today) so I'm holding out hope that it'll stick well - we'll see! If it doesn't, I'll dig out my 3M automotive tape or just purchase a new badge ($14).

that's how I did it, it was quick and easy and honestly took less than 20 minutes and I've never done anything like it before. swear.

Note... if you are challenged with placing things in a straight line... I recommend drafting or masking tape to make an even bottom line. (or top line, whatever floats your boat)
