I second it, don't panic. His wife and he just had a baby, plus she's from Japan so he could be there.

He was very reliable for everyone on the board, don't panic...and wait until you get your springs! I did those with the KYB's from Japan and the car is like night and day!! Even the wife and my dad commented how well the car rides and cool it looks.
