Anyone know what to torque the main bearings...

im putting a new set of bearings to my 92 240sx DOHC and need to know what to torque the main bearings and whats the pattern to torquing them. Anyone also know if i can reuse the main bearing bolts and the head bolts. I know sometimes new bolts are needed, but not sure if it's the same for 240's. I've checked some of the online 240 books but cant' find the info.

torque 34-41 do this in several steps. I do this with a torque angle gauge usually.
