anyone know what this is?

its some kind of adapter plate, it was in the back of my hatch shell when i bought it. ive searched and cant seem to find what it is. so any help is appreciated. here is some pics

Looks like the plate that goes between the engine and the transmission. Not sure which combination it fits though.

yea im pretty sure thats what it is just dont know what it goes to. it dosent line up with an sr trany. maybe a ka?

Yeah its a spacer plate. But DEF not for a KA.
