Anyone know this owner?

I was in Califronia last month and took a trip from San Fran to L.A. On our way down, around Santa Barbara, and we saw a this S14 cruising along. I only managed one shot because I thought my camera was on, but it wasn't, so it's the only one I have of this awesome car. I'd love to know how the owner his so I can say good job on the awesome looking car. I've tried Canibeat and Stanceworks, but nothing. I figured someone on here had to of seen this car somewhere. I thought it look fimilar, but I live in Michigan so who knows.
