anyone know this front bumper kit?

yeah i got this free front bumper kit off my one buddy. fits the s13 240's but i can't seem to firgue out which bumper this is and also I can't seem to get it to fit with the bumper support on, should i remove the bumper support to get it to fit?

it looks like the invader style bumper. you're probably going to have to take off the bumper support since it won't fit with it on.

but anyway, yeah thats a vader front and you will deff have to remove the support. I wouldent suggest removing the support, if you can weld or know someone who can, try to get them to make you a slimmer crash bar that would fit behind it maybe with some tubed steel or whatever they could find/ might have laying around. anything is better than nothing up there. because a minor hit 10-15 mph can potentially destroy your intercooler or radiator and anything major will push the motor back. Neither of which is a good situation. so just my 2 cents.

thanks guy.. i got the vander front on today.. removed the bumper support.. it looks sick!

and other guy if u wanna buy my 14b turbo i will sell it to you for 75 dollars.. i have listed for 120 but 75 bucks will due.. the turbo is rebuilt and i have extra gasket too. 75 bucks is good enough for me.

ya if you like it.. fine keep it since it is your car. You probably know that most 240 owners would rather see performance upgrades rather than cosmetic upgrades. To each his own. IMHO the stock bumper looked way better... less like a giant whale mouth opening up for a big scoop of plankton.

ughhh i dont know... i kinda like the front bumper kit i think it looks good and some of my other buddies thinks it looks good expect for the turn singals not fitting right.. which i need to re-do. i dont know... i get the vader side skirts and vader rear.. it'll all match up then.

If you have to pay for the sides and rear dont. I have a blitz on my eclipse and I had to remove the bumper support. The some one backed up and hit it in a parking lot and cracked it all to hell. You should put your stock front back on after a few bottem out that fiberglass is going to break. Just my 2cents.

ughh i dont know it looks good but your right it does have a big opening gap in the middle but that what an intercooler is for to fill it up. hehehe

yeah i must argee rather see performance upgrades rather than cosmetic upgrade but i tired for the whole performance goal and i really don't have the money for it right now and i was gonna turbo my ka24e but just not worth it to me anymore in my book. : (

It's not too bad, The invader kits are just veilside knockoffs. Only tings i could recoomend would be to try and find a different turn sig style or think of a descreat led turn signal setup like in this pic from erebuni. you'll end up with a much cleaner look on the front. I would suggest against the vader rear and side skirts, they look a little too far over the top for the 240's body lines. (The supra style scoop ones )
