Ahh honesty
I have seen many people use a wide variety of OE replacements. I like either the OE refills (cheap and they work very well) the Infiniti licenced replacement ones or the RainX although I don't know how long they last. The refills sound like a cheap option but the spine of the wipers does not require replacement as ofter as the wiper blade.
This is a pretty easy DIY job, if you want to learn how to do this I can show you, it only takes a minute or two if everything is lined up but can go horribly wrong if you are unsure. This is one of those things that is very often overlooked and typically replaced during routine service without a second thought. It is pretty interesting for some people (those wearing pants typically) to see just how these are designed. These inserts are slightly different than the ones on the older style wipers and require slightly more attention.
There is a reason the OE blades are ~$30/ea. If you can replace a few dollar piece of rubber and get the original quality that may be a viable option.
