anyone know of a ****COMPLETE**** CA18det manual?

i've had an uncomplete ca18det pdf on my computer for some time now, but with my motor coming back from the engine shop soon, I'll be needing to assemble it. As far as i remember, the EM section is missing from about 23-4x, including bottom end assembly. that's not koshier for isntalling crankshaft, connecting rods, etc. i'd kinda like to have torque specs. I bought one on ebay, only to find out i paid for the incomplete manual i already had. apparently another one being sold is the same thing. I'm willing to pay if anyone knows where i can find it.
