Anyone Know if ISR Long Tube Headers Fit on a '06 M35

Had a guy bring up the ISR Long Tube Headers and I wondering if anyone knows if the clearance is fine and or if there's sone modifications you'd have to do. I've been trying to look online but for something but I haven't found anything.
