Anyone know how to translate kanji?

My friend gave me a sticker that he bought in Japan and i have no clue what it says.. All that i know is that it is some kanji and some katakana. If anyone knows how to translate kanji into english let me know and ill post a pic of the sticker...

While I lack Bart's Kanji-decrypting ability, I know that symbol. It's a magnet they give to first year drivers in Japan as a warning to others. It's become the new JDM tyte fad to put them on your "drifter."

It's warning that the driver is a beginner and please go around. They have an orange and yellow teardrop-shaped one for old people, I have one of those on my car with the kanji kaizo "modified" on it. It's to warn people that I am old but I ain't normal or slow;)
