anyone know how to replace rear center reflector on j30?

My rear center reflector on my 93 j30t is cracked and I was wondering if anyone knows how to replace it. Let me know if you have any information on how to do this.

do you mean the red plastic piece betweent the brake lights...says Infiniti on it?

I 'think' you have to pull the trunk lining out from the rear of the trunk and there should be some small bolts to undo.

chris is right, but there are some electrical conenctions associated with it because the trunk lock cylinder is designed integrally with it, you will need to remove that stuff too.

do you think it is something I could do myself? I dont have too much experience with stuff like that....but it seems useless to spend the 80 bucks the dealer wants if its just a few screws and thats it.

it should be an easy job if you know how to handle a screwdriver and a wrench. just take things apart and then put them back in the way you found them. shouldnt take more than 20 minutes to take it out, even if youve never taken apart the trunk before.
