i got a pair with my speakers, but im not too sure on how to hook them up

It appears to be a Passive Crossover for a set of component speakers (mid-woofer & tweeter).

Amp/radio speaker wire attaches to the "-IN+", then it crosses over the siganl so you can feed a Woofer "-W+" and a Tweeter "-TW+". The Tweeter is "defeated -3dB to hlpe "eq" the sound.
