Anyone know how to fix door panel vinyl?

My door panels have (for lack of a better word) bubbles in the vinyl where it is separating from the surface of the door panel. Anyone have a fix for this that doesn't involve pulling large sections of the vinyl up and to reglue it?

You could try a heat gun. But I doubt that will do much.
