Anyone know: distinguishing genuine 180sx kouki spoilers from fakes

I know that there are many companies out that make their own version of the 180sx kouki rear spoiler. Be it the Type-X spoiler or what-have-you.

I am interested in finding out what little nuances or things to look for that are only on the genuine Nissan spoiler. Especially since I have found a listing on ebay that says it is an OEM spoiler but the price is much cheaper than what I would consider for the authentic spoilers.

any thing made by nissan will have "nissan" on there some where and some type of id/serial number
