The previous owner of my car took the head unit, amp, and speakers out before i picked it up... I dont care, but he left all the loose wires in there and it was keeping me up at night thinking about them living under my carpet... so after two years i finally did something about it. Does anyone know if I can sell this stuff? Looks expensive, but I dont know/care anything about this stuff. How much should i ask for it?

You could make a grounding kit with the larger gauge wires, or battery relocation kit. If you sell them I would guess $20-$50 depending on what all is there and who wants them. I usually just save them in boxes and use them when the need arises. And trust me, when you own a 240 you will find a need at some point.

Call me an idiot if I am, but aren't grounding kits for cars with sound systems? What would be the advantage for me? And if there is an advantage, how do I do it?

Put it in a box in the garage and keep it. You're gonna need it sooner or later. You wouldn't get enough out of it to make it worth your while, unless it was all copper and you stripped it all down and took it to the scrap yard, but then it would still take quite a bit to make a difference.
