Anyone know anything about S13 Power windows?

Here is my issue, seems like a simple one, but I'm at an impass. My drivers side power windows will not roll up/down. When I hit the button, the motor trys to run, but nothing moves. There isnt anything lodged in the motor, or things like that... its a motor issue, but seems fixable without replacing the entire unit.

Check the window regulator, see if the cables are coming apart. if not it could be internal motor failure.

I checked the cables... everything was fine. So I completely pulled out the entire bracket, Window, Motor. Then I pulled apart the motor to see what the problem was... and I figured it out :

This center peice is busted, the rubber that keeps pressure on the center axel witch turns the gears witch raises and lowers the window, that center peice is torn, so it cant keep enough pressure against the axel to lift any amount of weight.

Can you get just this peice from Nissan? or do they just sell the Motor as a whole?

Or does anyone know a good websight to get small irregular parts?

I have seen that happen on a sentra once. And no the motor comes as an assembly. See how much our dealer sponsers are selling for its alot cheaper then through the dealer over the counter.
