Anyone know about the stock IC in an RB25?

More specifically, from an R33? Is it a sidemount? And can you carry it over into the 240sx s13 swap?

I have searched all freakin night, no joke, and its been fruitless.:(

yes its a little tiny side mount. You can use it in the 240 for the swap but I think u gotta do some choppy choppy. I'd go with a front mount if you can, I picked up a Monster Hybrid Intercooler, it looks real nice.

yeah I used my RB20 sidemount. It was a VERY tight fit. It is held in there by some wire from the clip that held it to the palette. Wasnt very fun. Plus you have ot cut tow holes AND the front bumper support is in the way.ahhhhh get a FMIC at the same time as the swap if you can.

Mine is in the same spot. I have the intake "cool" pipe coming out on top and the "hot" pipe going throught the driver side frame. There's a hole that is covered up. You get at the bolts from the fender side. It's a tight fit. I had to fab. two brackets up to hold the IC in place. Don't know if it is the same for the S13 chassis. Also I used all Stock IC piping that came with the clip, no hacking or cutting either.
