Musicsurfman and I Have a guy that can make these Headgaskets. They Will be Copper and 1.2mm thick for lower compression and better strength only draw back is they will need to be Heated before you install them in your oven and then installed. this may also work but we will have to test it first: instaling them driving around lightly then tighting the bolts again, instead of the Oven. The price will reflect you having to put this work into them and will be priced MUCH cheaper than anyone else using high quality copper.

Tell me what you would pay for a HIGH Quality Headgasket made of Copper in 1.2 mm?

Heated in your oven? What's all that about?

Again, no more than $250 for the gasket and sealant.

COPPER NEEDS TO SET. WHEN COPPER SHEETS ARE MADE THEY ARE INFLATED BASICALLY AND TO GET A CONSTANT EVEN WIDTH YOU NEED TO HEAT THEM BETWEEN TWO PIECES OF METAL OR OTHER HEAVY MATERIAL TO PRESS THEM INTO A ITS FINAL WIDTH.

Ill also be picking up my 240 in Tuscon as soon as i can get a truck and trailer, im only paying 200 for the car!
