What I meant was to get fiberglass fenders(I guess the only make the wide body ones) and a fiberglass hood, but the metal would do as well. What did you use to cutt the metal?

I was thinking you cut the fiberglass parts to fit the headlights, then go back add fiberglass, bondo, sand it to make the edges look smooth again so that the conversion would look clean.

i recommend a dremel for the detailed areas and a nice size grinder and cutting wheel for rad support. so dremel for the details, and a grinder to hack away.... also, another reminder.... the kouki front end finishes nicer, its slightly longer and helps the conversion flow better....

zenki covo.... notice no cutting was done to the hood or fenders.... r33 lights and s14 zenki lights are almost exactly the same lengths and stuff. however, this cross eyes the headlights literally. you will see them cross when adjusting! i did a zenki and hated it....

Sorry if I ask to many questions, but I'm being more curious and might want to make the step up to doing this. I have a zenki, my headlights look similar to this picture with the stock headlights already. The question is do you make new headlight brackets? or do the head lights just fits right into the 240sx headlights and brackets?

the inner fender, rad support, all has to be cut and modified to fit in the headlights, then custom brackets need to be made. along with minor bumper adjustments, ect... noting ever works right the first time. its a lot of adjusting after cutting and fitting. the hood also needs to be adjusted, i forget exactly what I did tho...

why do people do the hood prop mod?

It looks like sh*t in my opinion.

killer conversions. I am loving the R33 front and rear, but since I will most likely only be able to afford an s13 (this will be my secondary, project car) it will be different.

Anyone fins a descent R33 s13 conversion? The R32 one looked sick
