Most log style front facing intake manifolds, and those that have the TB directing air down the backbone of the manifold flow most of the air into the 5th and 6th cyl, RIPS manifold included. For anyone that does not believe me, take a front facing intake manifold and stick it out the window going down the highway so that the TB is facing diectly forward (to simulate forced induction air). All of the air will flow out of the 5th and 6th runner, maybe some out of the 4th. If you change the angle of the TB, so that it directs air towards runners 3 and 4, it will flow out of all 6 runners. It is a simple test that can show you alot. Just don't drop the manifold:freak
So, if people have no problems running a RIPS front facing manifold, a similar shaped manifold with the TB direced at the center will only provide better results.
A front facing manifold, when done properly, will flow evenly to all cylinders.
