I just moved to Va from Connecticut a couple weeks ago and had a quick question for those that live here........Up in CT all the import cars and even some domestics would meet in Hartford every weekend for some street racing.......the races would start at like 9:00 and end some time in the early moarning...it was so much fun to watch and on rare occasions be a part of.......anyways is there any thing like that around here? It was a blast to watch and I miss the action

about how far would these meets be from lynchburg? I dont know where anything is in this state..I dont know the towns or how to get there..lol

I get the sense that lynchburg is not really into racing, the cars i see hee are all done half ***, and The cars that are somewhat done up are neons, cavalears, and other carp cars like them.....it's a sad sight really

Hey, I lived in lynchburg last year for a job. The city sucks but there are a few import guys out there. There is a guy named Adrian with a red s14 kouki ka-t that lives around the LU area. Wish I could give you his number but it was in my last phone (RIP). If you drive around Wards rd. near the the Mall, you might bump into him. sorry I couldn't be anymore help.

Oh and also If you get your car running really fast, pick on the domestic guys up there, there's tons of them. Just be careful. Some of those good ole boys know their V8s

well idk about NOVA. But in hampton roads its kinda on lock. maybe you have heard of the i564 incident. So meets aren't really "races" anymore.

you prolly have to do a Emissions Inspection because your car is registered out of state and for you to register your car in the VA you need to pass an Emissions Inspect. w/ results...after passing you prolly wont need to run the test anymore.

NOVA has Emission Inspections

I know there is way more 240sx owners in the 757 that haven't posted here. Since I have had my 240sx I have met like 10 240sx owners.

I am thinking when it gets warm a Hampton Roads 240sx cook out is in order. Similiar to dragva meet but way smaller.

Not a huge VaDriven fan, I used to go to their meets they had at Fairfax Town Center though.

Im up in NOVA, where we have emissions, it sucks. I got my car in Lynchburg though, bought my car from a guy named Chris I think? He also had an s14 and his roomate had an R33. Anywho, welcome to VA

I'm from springfield VA, presently working on my 89 240 coupe! Building my suspension on the car before any performance mods, would like to meet up for the nico fest in may.
