hey so vic, we should go to a meet one of these days. I never seen a s2k up close before . I hope vtec/s2k is way better than vtec/08 civic si. lmao.

Cuz one of my new friend has a 08 si, he gave me a ride in it and I was expecting crazy a** pull once vtec kicks in and it will be pretty. BUt WHoa wut a suprise, it felt like it was slower than my non vtec integra lol. It had like 0 torque. But gotta say it was really really comfortable. And yes I raced it, and make it cry. The guy was such a ricer tho lolz. So i think it wasnt really a fair race cuz he had bald tires...and for somereason he took his exhaust off from the cat thinking it will make it faster.... even after i explained to him it wont.

So yea man, if u going to any local meets just post it here and i will see if i can make it. Me and my friend, 3000gt owner, are trying to start up a car crew, so far we have all the crew leaders and just need some members lmao. We dont do anythinh crazy expcet meeting at night to chill and whatnot. Only one rule. Must have Stickers! Lol j/k. But we do have stickers for our crew. "Dutch Mafias"

yea vtec isnt like turbo kicking in or anything, dont expect much, whats the saying, vtec all the lag none of the fun, something like that. it mostly just gets louder lol. No but seriously there is a bump in power once vtec hits, just nothing that will put u back in ur seat, after all it is a torqueless honda . If you want to feel a nice vtec engagment get a ride in my bros supercharged s2k, that feels lil better. Although i think a stock s2k will take out a stock sr20det. Its hard for me to make it out to meets, always working, hopefully i can atleast swing by this sundays meet, least to say whats up.

What you missed was we had to get some people to stand on the car cause he was blowing the slick off on the dyno lol. It was a very funny sight.

lol, man i guess the weight of the engine just doesn't cut it anymore with those high hp numbers.

His setup is basic. He has the FWD sr20det short block, then he threw on the sr20ve head (with Brian Crower valve springs) and oil pump onto his setup. I think he is @ 47X hp but his log manifold is holding him back. Well I guess it's a good thing because the rods would prob break if he was hitting 500+ wheel hp.
