dammit when I lived there, i was completely alone. I had my SR20 240 for 3 years and I only ever saw 1 other 240 fixed up the entire time.

Now theres a damn 10 page thread on nico and i moved.

it's gotten better but it's pretty dead as far as the nissan crowd it's not like the inland empire where SR'd 240s are the norm lol

lmao... speaking of working at sears. Think they will hire an ex-sushi man/ current high school student? Just quit and now I generate no income hahaha. If i can get a part time there it will be awsome. beats making california rolls.

yep I'm an installer but I know a lot about cars. I did everything on my car like the clutch, the whole turbo kit, vlsd swap and a lot of custom work like some welding and miscellaneous aluminum brackets, etc.

What position should I look for? Or what postition is currently hiring?

And they say Honda guys are ricers LOL @ Jason

Spooled sounds good u prolly know more than me and I'm a tech 2, most ppl start off at tech1, like matt but was moved to tech 2 shortly after since he had experience , so I'm sure tech 2 level wouldn't be a issue for u, and if u know brakes tech 3 even. What vlsd u get , I'm looking to get one?

I know brakes for sure. I don't have too much experience with drums but I have worked on them before. Pep boys just has me sweeping and shyt the whole time I'm more like a "mop technician" if anything lmao. But yeah I'll apply for whatever is available, thanks for the heads up.

PS if I quit pep boys I'm gonna have to leave my name somewhere like matt im pretty sure he spay painted his name on the wall lol

As for the vlsd I got a s13 hicas vlsd. I got it for 120 which is a good deal but it may be pretty worn I'm not sure. But I put some synthetic valvoline oil in and it grabs pretty good. If you are looking for a vlsd, look for the ones with the 6-bolt output shafts and it'll be plug n play. If you decide to get a s14/j30 vlsd, all you have to do is swap the rear cover with your old one and that's about it.

We can use a cleaning tech LOL

Let me know when u apply, I was trying to avoid a j30 diff cause the gears are taller I don't need something to make mr even slower LOL , so it's a 6 bolt axle right?
