I saw one on craigslist for 200 bucks so, ya im in emmett. What year is your 240?

90 hb. I was going to pick that motor up but the kid sold it from under me after I said I would buy it.

that blows, A guy emailed me about a motor, it was a ka24de with a auto trany but that wouldnt be hard to swap if you already have a trany for one he told me 600 but I could get the email for you if you want!

im out in nampa for the moment...but im moving up to mcall...we should all meet up there for the 4th and take pics or something

meet up where I would like to get some meets started around our area it would be prety cool! Why are you moving to Mcall

there is work up there and its alot nicer than nampa lol...do you have your car running yet?...and i meant mcall...i know of some really really nice places we could get some pics

No I dont have my car running yet but it is very close I can taste it ha. I think is has something to do with the timing. mcall is prety nice but winter is a b**** up there. not a good place for rwd cars imo. Ya we need to get some meets going! Do you have any pics of your 240, and when did you get it werent you selling the auto coupe a while ago?

timing is ab****...i have a timing problem with my sr right now...but it still runs lol...i have a truck for the winters too and ya i was selling the black auto coupe...kinda wished i wouldda kept it and swapped it instead of my hatch...i bought the flat black hatch that was on craigslist with the ricer taillights

well at least it is sr thats what i want for my hatch right now. how much was it I never say it on craigslist was it on the boise craigslist? So when are you planing on moving?

it was listed at 1100 but i picked it up for 650 and it had a single cam with a spun bearing...so i picked it up and had it swapped in less than a week lol...and i am already half moved up there but i need to find a way to get all 3 of my vehicles up there lol

Oh ya I saw that one. How much was the sr swap and where did you get it?

i think i ended up paying 2600 or something like that... and i got it through tommy motorsports in meridian...tim hicks is a real good guy to work with

So did u do the swap yourself? and for the swap do you need the sr20det driveshaft? Theres a place in Cour Delane that sells the motorsets for 2 grand so I might need to look into buying a sr if this engine doesn't work out.

i am glad i spent the extra money going through tommy motorsports...he has helped me out so much with little problems...when he was finishing up my car we sat there and worked on it till almost midnight...and he let me keep borrowing parts till i fixed what was wrong with it

i doubt i will be going to that...im pretty broke...maybe if i can get ahold of my lawyer and get the rest of my money...and i havent been to emmett in a long time

Yah i'm on Idaho motor sports i was back on that site when it was isr... to much clicks on that site. but once i get the 240 all put back together i wana go for a drive.
