Anyone in here tried the megasquirt 3x

Has anyone in here tried the new megasquirt 3x with the vg30dett? ive looked into it alittle bit and found info on putting a 24-1 wheel in the cas but wat about the coils? seems like vg's have "logic" style coils so would u jus hook up the coil outputs into the ptu box or straight to the coil eliminating the ptu?

or is megasquirt a waste of time?

or is there just better s*** out there?


the one thing that draws me to megasquirt is the price but im just tring to see wat the community thinks about it?

I know the MS is a very popular thing with the S30 guys, I've heard very little about it being used on the Z32 chassis, though. On the Z32, most people just opt for the eprom option and get a pre-programmed or dyno tune, and for MS-like monitoring and control, use programs like Nistune.
