I recently won an e-bay auction for a set of 17" Work Wiser Wheels. The seller had nothing but positive feedback and was responsive to my questions so I bought them.

He said he couldn't do paypal, only Money orders and personal checks, but a personal check would require a wait time. I go with the Postal Money Order for $800, and ship it off with signature confirmation required. He signed for the payment on Monday and I haven't heard one word from him since. I have sent an e-mail to him everday since Tuesday but he's not replying.

His name is Steven Pyo and he lives in Burbank, CA. Is there anyone in the area that could maybe stop by his house for me, or see if anyone has heard of him or knows him? I'll provide his address when requested.

I now have $800 out of my pocket and no wheels to show for them. I know I can post negative feedback but that won't accomplish anything and if he is just being lazy to ship them, may piss him off enough to make him not want to send them at all.

If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it.

eBay will help you out with that too. Contact them.

I'm originally from Pasadena, but I don't live there anymore. I'm going down there in about two weeks, so I might be able to find some time check it out for you. Keep us posted.

Well, Another day comes and goes with no e-mails from the seller. Here is the item in question : http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...71886

I have tried calling him on the number I got from E-bay and it's an out of service Nextel number. I don't normally post personal info but he has $800 of mine and seems to be ignoring me so I'll give out some info.

His name is Oansu Steven Pyo and he lives on Fairmount Rd in Burbank. I won't give an exact address yet though.

I paid with a postal money order, I made sure to have signature confirmation when it was delivered and I checked to make sure that it was signed for and it was, by an S. Pyo

I left negative feedback on him today because he has been spotted online by one of my friend using Yahoo Messenger. His Name is Ej_Steven. If he's been using Yahoo Messenger then he knows he has several e-mails from me on his account, so he must be ignoring them.

Help me as much as you can please.

Report it to the post office since you paid with a money order.

not to get off topic or flame you but nothing over a 42 offset with even a 7" wide rim will fit on a 240 if you go down you can get wider, they are nice looking rims though. good luck on getting the wheels or your money back

Thats an interesting statement since the wheels of my Accord which are 17x7.5 with a 45 offset and 215/45/17 tires fit fine without rubbing. I know the offset is incorrect, thats obvious, but they will fit on the setup I have now, and I may get a set of H&R spacers later.

These wheels will be switching back and forth between my 240 and my accord so I needed something that would work on both, these will.
