Anyone here use bing's flywheel + clutch combo?

Discuss the RB20, RB25 and RB26 series engines.

Yes i've searched, both this forum and others. Engine is an RB25det S2.

Cannot come up with a conclusive work on the clutch+flywheel that bing sells. (www.bings.ca)

I have narrowed my clutch options down to this, and an ACT NA 300zx clutch. (Their 6 puch sprung hub NX6-HDG6 )

My target power is around 400 ft/lbs.

Anyone have experience with either of these?

Thanks!

I know the act works. I have it.

I would NOT be guinea pig on a clutch. Its such a damn pain to replace!

Is this what you are talking about?

If so, it is not a "Bings" clutch. It is a "Competition Clutch"...clutch. http://www.competitionclutch.c...sport

I haven't compared the pricing, but I would imagine that you could get it cheaper from Competition Clutch direct. That Bings website does have some low prices though, so maybe not.

I'm using a Competition Clutch Stage 5 and a Fidanza Flywheel combo on my RB20. So far I love it though sometimes the clutch can be a ***** lol.

The moderator at hybridz.org is selling an OS geiken setup for relatively cheap. I thought about grabbing that.

You dont have to buy the na 300zx clutch kit, NS3-HDg6 is a sprung 6 puck with a heavy duty pressure plate and it is built for the rb20/25

Horsepowerfreaks.com is where i oredered mine from

Where did that flywheel come from then? Is it a one-off for bings or is it from some other manufacturer?

At the price he is asking, I doubt it is a fidanza.

Thanks for the input guys!
