I called and ask for Tom Novak ( parts manager at infiniti of lisle)as usual and was shocked he no longer works there:(Anyone hear of him? Do we still get discount rate?It is faster for me to order from them,usually takes 1 day to get to St. Louis,MO

Tom left for a nearby Acura dealership late last summer (or early fall). He told me that the discount would probably continue - but he didn't know for sure. He said Leslie - described him as "the guy with the island accent" would be the new contact.
In December I switched back to Infiniti of Scottsdale since they were offering free shipping again that month. Since then I've ordered a lot of stuff (Q and Truck) from Joe and found him to be super to work with! He spent 30-45 minutes yesterday with an order for a $3 bolt for my 97 Truck... Great service that even makes it worth my paying for shipping!
