A bit off-topic: Greg, I got word today that the company I work for is officially taking big steps toward expansion into AZ. Two years from today, there will be 30-35 new stores built in CA and AZ combined. Most will be in SoCal, but several will be in AZ. Three to four years and we will be on "every busy street" in AZ. That's the official word from company HQ. We shall see.

Time for me to do some research on Arizona's home buying markets... and also set some long range plans.
