if so can you please tell me how you did it pics will be great, i bought one and can't figure out how to install czo the + wires in the 2001 maxima is in a wired waythanksd

are yours corroded? does yours have that big plastic piece right on the positive terminal? if so, i think the only alternative is factory replacement.

no the factory one is fine but i had to hook the amps wire to the nut on the top sop i had to take off the red cover, i don't feel like leaving the + terminal open so i bought a stinger termianl wiht ta top mount screw and 2 4 gauge holes so i can attach the amps wire but io can't hook the wire to the top screw coz its too high and there flap like things on it

in the first pic i circled the rings on the two wires and in that circle theres a little circle and that is the little flaps like thing bent down so i can't mount it to the terminal i bought. thanks

is this the piece you bought?



if so, i am not sure what you could do except this:

where your blue wire is, remove that nut. take the terminal that is on the battery off. connect a four gauge wire to where the blue wire is now and put the nut back on. attach your new terminal to the battery, then connect that new four gauge wire to the terminal. after that, attach any other power wires that you need to.
