Anyone here from Canada leasing Altima Sedan?

What's up boys and girls. Thought I'd venture over here to see if anyone here from Canada that leases has an opinion on whether this is a solid deal or not. My gf needs a car in the worst way...so I'm gonna try and bring her into the NICO family..lol

Please keep in mind... I am looking at going the lease route because I have a budget of about $300.00/mth. If some of you in the U.S. are reading this and think it's high... you have to consider our car prices/rates and taxes are much higher then yours.

Here goes:

They will give me a deal and take $3500.00 off the MSRP. Also throw in tints, Nissan winter mats and a bug deflector.

$4000.00 down payment48 month lease for $303.10 a month taxes incl.

Buyout at end of lease will be $12646.00

Is this a good deal?

Well I just got off the phone with them and I got him down (again) to $293.00/ month taxes in. What I didn't take into consideration was the intial down payment (because of our taxes) will actually be $3131.00 not 4k.

And yes this car has the CVT and Conveinence package.



So I'm close to pulling the trigger... just looking for more re-assurance..

haha i lived in sauga for last three years now but im back in waterloo umm i dont have sedan and i bought the08 Altima Coupe so i might be lil off about leasing and stuffi think it sounds about right but u should def try to get it cheaperfrom my calc b4 i bought my coupe i think it was about same number as urs 4000 down and about 300ish mo. ?!!?!sorry if i cant help u out on this better lol
