Anyone heard of "TEPS Racing Service"

When I bought my ECU it had a sticker on it that said TEPS RACING SERVICE, sorta like this guys. When I opened it up it had a daughterboard, I think is what it's called, on top of the ecu. First, anyone heard of TEPS? and also I was wondering if this could affect me from not getting any spark also?http://www.tangentrix.com/foru...light=
