Anyone heard of Magnadyne LS40BB-4 speakers?

My friend came to me with some 6.5" speakers that were pulled out of his boss' Saab and on the bottom they are labeled Magnadyne LS40BB-4 4ohm and I can't find ANYTHING on them, it's like they don't exist (aside from sitting infront of me). I don't know if these speakers were stock in the Saab or not, but I'm guessing that they were. Was wondering if they were any better than the stockers in my S13 SOHC XE coupe. I'll keep searching while hoping someone has a clue about these speakers.

Magnadyne makes a full line of stuff, but I can't recall the "quality" of it. Haven't heard of them in years.

Been there, Rex. They don't have my speakers listed, or any 6.5" for that matter.

These suckas must be reaaally old

I stuck 'em in my car and they seem to be as good if not better than the stock rears (not like that says much) but the rattling of the fronts keep me from testing them out fully.
