It's prolly just another outer island importer. Find a local importer in your area and go through them.

I bought this motor off them on ebay for 800 + ship. Came out to 1100. Then i got it and found this.

Now i'm sure this was a flood motor from a tsunami season and luckily it still works and runs well. But that is crap!
