Anyone have some flow numbers for a few parts

I am looking for the flow rate of the intake system stock in CFM, but I can convert from most anything if needed.

And I am looking for the cylinder head intake CC.

I am tring to do some math and figure some power numbers from stock to modified.

Also I think I have figured the cam lobe seperation wrong... been so long and its late (3:30AM as I write this... couldnt sleep) I came up with a lobe speration of 132.

So any help from some of the gurus would be greatly appreciated.

I need to know so when I get my intake made I can try to at least match the stock flow rates... I would rather go past them but I need to know what the stock flow rates are on the stock intake manifold and heads.
