Is this the procedure you use? http://www.q45.org/remote.html

like brian said, match the FCCID..... last 4 digits should be A0473 or 078

If this is for a 98 y33 KBRASZU07 would be the correct remote for the car.
Programing procedure should be http://www.q45.org/y33remote.html for this year model. However I'm kind of stuck in the program mode. After turning the ignition to ACC, then press a button on the remote. the car responds by flashing the hazard lights but remote wouldn't work after I turn off the ignition and open the door. I tired different twists with no successful result. The only way to get out of the programing mode seems to be a hard reset by disconnecting the battery for a while. Otherwise I can't get back to the initiation process again. I'm guessing there is another step after the car responding to the remote to complete the programming process? Any help would be appreciated.

I finally got it programmed, the procedure on the manual didn't work for my car.
Below is the procedure worked for my car.

1.) Close all doors and lock driver side door.

2.) Insert and remove the key from the ignition more than six times within 10 seconds.
(The hazard warning lamp will flash twice.)

3.) Unlock and lock all doors with Power door lock switch.

4.) Push any button on the new remote controller once. (The hazard warning lamp will flash twice.)

I didn't even have to have the key turned to "ACC" or even in the ignition switch.
Previously I couldn't get the remote programmed properly, by following the original procedure. The car would respond at the step 4. and flash the hazard warning lamp twice. but the remote wouldn't work, I can't even get out of the programming mode until I disconnect the battery for a moment.
This method worked for my 98 Q45. I hope somebody can put this info to a good use someday.
