Anyone Have Pivot Headlight Controller?

Hard to install? Worth it? I am looking very hard at one and I am not sure how to install it (I assume directions are in japanese)

i got a friend who has it but hasen't istalled it. i will post when he does to tell how hard and if it is worth it.

F the controller - just cut the wire on you headlight pivot button and install a $2 switch to control you lights.
