Anyone have OEM Side skirts a little loose?

I noticed this the other day when washing my car. The drivers side OEM side skirt is a little loose. The passenger side is nice and tight. I probably did it lying on my back looking under the dash for possible squeaks, but is there any way to fix it. How are they held on?

Well the skirt is only held on by about 10 clips and like 4 screws or something like that.All can be accessed from under the car.

Actually I think there is like another two screws behind the front fender.

Idk how it would come loose unless some screws or clips fell out ???
