The fenders are Zenki and the hood and lights are Kouki. Your guess was right. I think the saggy bumper was throwing you off. Or maybe it's a zenki hood modified for Kouki lights. You have me second guessing myself now lol.

exactly what it is. its all zenki stuffs but with "eyelids" welded to the hood like the boser thing vdub guys are all about. thats why there isnt that zenki "lip" if you will on the hood by the grill area.

here you can see a non welded lid



and the vdub boser hood that is sorta like the blue s13.4 hood

i was pointed in the direction of the actual owner, the car is from mexico "believe it or not" i messaged the guy about it. he's on zilvia but hasnt posted in about 4 months.

i actually kinda like it. now if it was just on a s14 still lol. but at first i thought they were vertex kouki housings, but i think the eyelid idea is correct. looks good,.

im wondering if all that is is a kouki hood or they did the Vdub thing and welded their own custom bowzer lids on there. cause you can see the angle is diffrent than that of just regular eyelids
