anyone have auto xmission (AT) lite on problems
It's a 2004 G35. On occasion when I begin driving, the car does not want to accelerate. The AT (automatic transmission) lite is on. After turning the ignition off then restarting the car, the lite goes off and everything is ok. Dealership can't find anything wrong. No error code. Nothing! Anyone experience anything like this.

Pretty odd that Infiniti doesn't know what the problem could be...you'd think they would be able to hook it up to a computer and test this when it happens??? Does it ALWAYS happen or is it sparatic??

When the lite is on, the xmission appears to be inhibited in some way as you can't go faster than 20-25 mph. Too dangerous to drive 35 miles to the dealership at that speed. To get the car there, I turn the ignition off, then restart the car at which time the problem goes away and the car drives normally. No error code is detected when checked @ the dealership. The problem is very sporadic. The car has been in the shop for the entire month of July and the problem was never duplicated while there.
