ah... replaced the O with 0 and it went through.
it's a 96 240SX SE. the car failed emissions back in April of this year, and hasn't been tested for emissions since then, so my guess is it hasn't been smogged again since then... other than that, the car is clean.
it had 56778 mi on it at the time of the inspection in April.
