the only bad thing about LED dome lights is you lose the dimming feature..

Yes I have done all of the lights for my car. It was a pain in the *** to find the correct lights for the map, but I finally found the correct bulb size (all from eBay). I changed out my map lights, license plate bulbs, and the courtesy lights above my two rear doors! I love the way the interior looks when I open the door at night and especially the license plate bulbs. It's actually whiter than the look of the new Lexus. I get a lot of compliments with the bulbs...especially when someone gets in my car at night and notice the white lights instead of the usual yellow.

Not true...maybe with your model...but my car (FGY33) still has the dimming feature with the map lights.

when you say you find these at ebay, are you talking about some kind of store that ads. there? Or, an individual who has spec'd out the parts for the particular use?Hints, please.

Basically, you have to first find out what size bulb that you car requires. For instance, my license plate bulb sizes were 194. Then I went to eBay and typed in 194 LED's and that brought up a lot of people selling that particular bulb. From that point, I went off of the seller's feedback and purchased. Hope this helps...
