Im looking to replace the transmission mount on my 96 300zx NA. I heard it isnt that hard to do it at home so I was hoping someone has a tutorial on how to do it. Or even some step by step instructions? I have all the parts that I would need for it, I just dont want to waste my money on a shop that would rip me off.
-thanks!

you are going to raise the front of the car support it by two jack stands (e-break on + wheel chucks in the back i.e. 2x4s will work) get a jack- a bottle jack,a floor jack some other jack and support the transmission securely from coming down remove 6 bolts 3 left 3 right on the cross member, remove two nuts in the middle of the cross member directly under the tail housing now cross member comes out remove two nuts that hold the exhaust hanger (rear facing side of the mount) unbolt two larger nuts on each side of the mount looking directly from the bottom of the car installation is a reverse of disassembly, have fun
